The XTC is a solid call, very forgiving and it has that natural duck tone. I got a double reed for my son to start off with, WOW!! This call was everything I was hoping for, my son loves it. It has a nice top end on it to I can make this double ring when I lean on it. Great look, cool colors and it will hang with machined acrylic I own. Impressed to say the least for 75 bucks you can not go wrong. I like it as much as my Homewrecker, heck maybe more.

The XTC is the best value call I have owned to date. I have a few kids and a few nephews that I take hunting so we look for a bargain on calls when I have to outfit all the young guns. The XTC is sweet!!! It runs as good as any high dollar acrylic and it doesn’t break the bank. Lots of molded calls don’t perform as well as there acrylic turned brothers. But this call has it going on!! I prefer it set up as a single but either way try one!

Just tried the new XTC duck call (double reed version) from GVCC out in a local shop. Call fits nice in my hand and was very versatile from low to high.
